    Yeah, but with fex coming along, no need to stick with Android just because of ARM. I’d rather just be done with Google.

      Oh thats really cool I kinda what to try that now. Just wondering how is touch screen support on desktop linux? Would some apps be unsupported out of box?

        There are touch centric distros out there. Mobian is the first that comes to mind. Running something like Ubuntu touch would probably be ideal. Either way, something on the cheaper side like this to try Linux on in order to find out what does and doesn’t work is what I’m interested in.

          It’s cheaper to buy a refurbished tablet that is known to work with your target distro. Ubuntu touch lists Lenovo tablets that are under $100 for refurbished
