This whole kerfuffle really irks me. The police did something wrong. They got called out on it. Then they sued. It’s vindictive and horrible. And you fucking KNOW that if he sued them instead of making the song it very likely wouldn’t have gone anywhere and they’d get to wave their qualified immunity all over. But that wasn’t enough for them. They just couldn’t stand someone besmirching their perfect name.

The sheer irony of this whole thing is that I had forgotten. I imagine many of you did too if you even saw those videos he made after it happened a few months back. They totally Streisand effected (Streisand affected? lol) themselves. Absolutely disgusting to see them sue him over this. Very glad he won.

Krauerking, I am writing you regarding return2ozma’s post. In just 10 minutes you could save more Lemmy upvotes than you have made in your whole life. Think wisely! Many Lemmings with many upvotes put many upvotes into this situation!

Also, the video of the strike clearly exists. If he changes the story there will be many other outlets reporting on the sudden change, the bets, the public requests for the change, and showing the video which apparently clearly shows a strike on Israel’s soil.

TL;DR: Rotisserie chickens are smaller on average and price per pound usually more expensive except at stores like Costco. So you see similar numbers but don’t notice the size.

I remember working on the deli when we’d markdown the chickens. Folks knew when we put them out and how long we waited before doing it. There was generally a little crowd of 2 to 3 folks when we’d do it on the weekend. Sometimes they’d get impatient and ask us if we were gonna come do it. Which, to be honest, I don’t really blame them. I don’t remember how much of a savings it was but it was significant. It’s sort of like “hey buddy, let’s stop the charade, I need to get going, can you come mark these down a few minutes early?”

It’d be more useful if her one issue was with Trump calling Georgia (the state she represents) for more votes. Republicans are cool with that because it was their side doing it.

The article is from December 2nd, though maybe the conference is from much earlier, so barring that… The fucking UN said on September 16th that “Israel has committed genocide in the Gaza Strip.” It’s absolutely infuriating that people are still viewing this as something controversial or debatable. I was naively hoping that once the UN used the big G word (genocide) that more moderate politicians (being incredibly generous calling them moderate) would finally start acting like it’s a genocide.

The game Dungeons 3 was almost really good but just felt grindy. Evil Genius 2 was awful and I’m still sad about it.

I don’t ore order games and very very rarely purchase before reviews come out. Even then I always set a timer to stop before 2 hours to see if I should refund on Steam.
