The most insulting thing I heard about this is that he reported the bay door more than once for being in need of repair, they repeatedly ignore and didn’t fix it. He then gets his arm permanently injured and they can’t find a job doing something with one arm. They should be paying him out a 7 figure sum yearly for causing his injury through neglect.
