Yikes, even without knowing for certain if someone was literally trying to kill me I’d still be avoiding their cooking after the first 1-2 near death experiences. After that I’d politely throw out anything edible coming from someone I’d suspect of being a terrible cook.

Right? I find it hard to believe the stripped down government (courtesy of DOGE) is going to spend much effort on mailing all those checks overseas, or doing international wire transfers, etc.
