I’m no expert, but it almost seems like you’re in fight-or-flight mode. Some of your comments come across as agitated or even hostile. A conversation might be more productive than a fight.

Would you say you have many different thoughts very rapidly? Is it noisy in your head?

Your complaint was about a lack of prompt news posts, and the obvious solution is to post the news yourself instead of complaining that no one else is doing it for you.
