A lot of things are being held up by the courts, many things have been reversed by the courts, but yes they probably feel invincible at the moment.

The good news is this is illegal.
The bad news is Republicans probably don’t care.
Maybe some people in his life have been trying to help him escape the MAGA mindset after he did those events for Trump.
