The difference here is choice. I have slept in my car on road trips. These people are sleeping in cars because they can’t afford housing. If that doesn’t concern you - it should.

Id argue that she also had something of a bit of musical talent and ability to write other songs as well… But on that note - I’d still express the same opinion. Regardless of who you are or even what your standing is - using a public platform to effectively slander another individual while you air your (interpersonal) grievances isn’t… acceptable. Weve seen many examples of why that shouldn’t be a thing. I understand the draw… But it doesn’t make it right - or a good thing to do.

Do point out to me where I said keep anyone’s anything private. I said the act of publicly profiting off of their side of a story was the sub human act. It is, quite literally, selling a story which may (and frequently is) embellished at the others expense.

This isn’t making lemonade with lemons… Its shit human behavior. And before you forget that I pointed it out: so was the cheating. Thus: they deserved each other.

To be fair some of said stories genuinely could have been onion articles… In what sane world would we deport a 4 year old resident with cancer? How is that an actual headline? The times this year I’ve had to double check is astonishing.

Yeah - I hear that. I wouldn’t say “don’t speak up” so much as don’t just speak up. Speak up but also work the system as it is, Losing the vote to somebody like Trump is counter-productive, maintaining the status quo would have been better even if it’s still imperfect.

That’s a fair statement. I just wanted to draw attention to the fact that the current administration hadn’t won as a result of the failure of the voters on the other side so much as the aligning of a series of events. Too many people are simply making statements like well you didn’t vote hard enough… which simply ignores reality.

I’m thinking more of Trump’s first campaign which set this all in action. That’s when he was truly still an outsider.

I believe we are aligned I this thought. It’s their club and outsiders are a threat.

Other than that I think we mostly agree.
