Basically all the safety assists won’t work with what is a glorified plastic dolley and you have someone whose head is basically at bumper level on even sane vehicles. Its similar to how good drivers actually slow down or veer into the oncoming traffic lane (assuming it is empty) when they are overtaking someone wobbling back and forth in the bike lane.
