Unfortunately, big tobacco companies lobbied to get all the pod flavors banned and now the only ones you can get at gas stations are menthol and tobacco flavor which both taste awful. Disposable vapes filled the market gap that was created and now we have disposable vapes with lithium batteries plaguing the places cigarette butts used to be.

The reason the FDA went so hard on it is because states had already spent their expected revenue from tobacco taxes and vaping cut into that heavily.
