I didn’t know what imposter cards were so I looked it up. For those who don’t know, its an add-on that converts complex meshed into a shader that renders on top of a single face. Pretty cool technology. I wonder how it compares in performance. Do pure shader based approaches avoid the rendering cost of even a low LOD mesh?
