Maybe she means people of color, as “the usual suspects” is often used in this context, at least on social media.
Maybe she means anyone who oposes Israël, usually more left-leaning people.
But who’s to say waht she actually meant, I find it purposefully vague. As if she wants people to think about their own “usual suspects”, whomever that might be.
