I love that the article completely avoids answering any of the obvious questions that people would have.
No mention of how he was driving.

I get trying to be sensitive toward people with disabilities and not highlight them, but come on! If the man wasn’t a quadruple amputee, this wouldn’t even be an article. Address the elephant!
