That’s, uh, not why DoD occasionally sends officers to Harvard and other elite universities. DoD does this because they want some of their officers to have high quality advanced degrees.
You can’t expect Secretary Kegseth to understand such high-falutin’ concepts.

Harvard isn’t where the smart people go to become smarter. It’s where the rich kids go to network and socially reproduce their capitalist values system.
