This was the plan from the start. Kushner was developing plans for Gaza before the end of the year after Oct 7.

They want to develop the Israeli Dubai, so rich people don’t have to spend their money with the Arabs. They can give it to the Israelis instead.

It’s wild that the Superman movie predicted this almost exactly.

(Yes I know this isn’t the first instance of Trump suggesting it but the movie was written like three years ago)

The movie was written in direct call-out of both democrats and republicans enabling and supporting the genocide. Trump isn’t the only one supporting this, he’s just the least tasteful and most overtly evil in presenting his goals for the region. The rest of America’s political leadership is mostly fine with it and broadly want the same thing.

Director James Gunn has stated his 2025 Superman film is not related to the Middle East conflict, clarifying, “When I wrote this, the Middle Eastern conflict wasn’t happening,” and noting the film is fictional

The fact that he refers to an internationally-recognized genocide as a “conflict” should tell you all you need to know. Plus Warner Bros, who produced the movie, are pretty major Zionazi symps.

Doesn’t mean the movie can’t be used to channel and catalyze revolutionary sentiment, but where are you getting that it was “written in direct call-out of both democrats and republicans enabling and supporting the genocide”? Because the director explicitly says otherwise and the production company are known sympathizers with the genocidal state.

My point is that getting a few comments from the same person on different subs that are all snide or bad faith / specious arguments is going to raise suspicions. I am unlikely to have even noticed if the comments didn’t come off like someone trying to argue for the sake of arguing.

Thanks for the bit of levity.

As opposed to bringing up specious arguments like “what about this guy who is longer in power” in threads about trying to actually accomplish something? Or arguments about how something doesn’t apply to a situation because it doesn’t specifically apply to you?

Perhaps your own arguments are made for arguments sake and others just respond in kind. Take stock of your own life before blaming others for your shortcomings.

Yours is fear mongering and whattaboutism. The problem we currently face is not someone who is no longer actively in politics, and constantly bringing it up as though dealing with it now is going to make any kind of difference is intellectually dishonest.

We need to deal with the situation we have now, not what has happened before. Doing otherwise is little more than distraction.

And as far as my last few comments… perhaps you just make a lot of comments worth replying to? I honestly dont pay that close attention to it.

The problem we currently face is not someone who is no longer actively in politics

It’ll be a problem in 2 years when Democrats run an unwinnable candidate like Holocaust Harris again and JD Vance wins the election.

Would you rather talk about it now or then?

We need to deal with the situation we have now, not what has happened before.

“There is nothing to be learned from the past, we must be strictly reactionary.” Truly a liberal approach, I’ll give you that much.

He called it “a beautiful piece of property”

He’s literally viewing this as “I want to own that land so I can profit off of it.”

Viewing an inhabited territory as some potential capitalistic conquest/enterprise is psychopathic behavior, plain and simple.
